How we handle your data

When you create an account or place an order, we collect the information you provide: name, email, shipping address, phone number, and the items in your order. We also store your order history so you can view it from your account.

Accounts use email and password sign-in. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored or visible to us in plain text. You can sign out at any time from the account menu.

Order pricing, discounts, and totals are recomputed on our server before each order is saved, so the amount you are charged matches the catalog at the time of purchase. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

Customer data is stored in our managed backend with row-level access controls so each account can only read its own orders. Administrative actions on orders are restricted and protected by an internal passcode. Traffic to the site is served over HTTPS.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store — our hosting and backend platform, our payment processor, and the SMS provider used for order updates. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your account and order history while your account is active so you can reference past purchases. If you would like your account or order data deleted, contact us using the email below and we will remove it, except where we are required to keep records (for example, for tax or fraud purposes).

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and your light/dark theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
